Very poor quality timber, not good value. Grange should be ashamed. by mpares on 19 July 2019

Ordered two. 1 came with a broken leg and 6 dowels instead of 9. The other had a terrible piece of black timber on the frame which should never have left the Timber Mill. I managed to get one arch from the two sets and Greenfingers sent a replacement for the second. The quality of the timber is substandard with a huge amount of very large knots which is why the leg had broken. The screws supplied are far too short and thin and frankly 4 are really needed for each join and not two. Grange should be ashamed to be supplying such a poor product. Greenfingers were very efficient in sending the replacement. very efficient indeed.

Looks good by Douglas Robertson on 11 July 2019

BUT the side panels are not a neat fit!

Good arch by Harry on 4 June 2019

The arch arrived within a few days, the delivery company was trackable which helps a lot so you can be in for the delivery. The packaging was lots of bubble wrap and the whole thing was all secured with banding, nothing was missing. The structure went together easily, I put together the top arch part first using a bit of wood glue and left overnight. I decided to paint mine first before I erected it in the garden as it’s a bit easier than when it’s in position. I purchased four metal ground spikes and made a template of the holes somI could transfer this to the garden. All is looking very good.

Reliable by Thelma on 4 June 2019

Was very happy when the arch arrived with all its bits and ready to assemble. Assembly went well and it looks lovely in my garden. There should be a 'very good' rather than just 'good or 'excellent' mark.

Looks good by Christopher on 28 May 2019

I was slightly concerned at the small quantity of nails required. Only time will tell and it'e easy enough to add more if necessary. It looks good in its position.

Look great by Jeannette on 20 April 2019

Bought two and they look great in situ but there was a small amount of damage to one of them. Didn't want to send them back as it can be covered with plants and we had already had delivery problems. They were late arriving and only got sent on, by express delivery after a number of calls. Customer services were helpful getting it resolved but the delay should not have arisen in the first place
